The portal facilitates connections between CEOs, corporate reputation management, organization of networking events, and access to a closed directory of verified industry contacts. No guarantee is made regarding the attainment of business agreements or specific financial results.
The user agrees to provide truthful and up-to-date information during the registration process and in their profile. They are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their access credentials. Any misuse of the directory or contacts obtained through the network may result in immediate suspension of the account without prior notice.
Markus is not responsible for business decisions users make based on contacts or information obtained through the service. The agency acts as a facilitator of connections, not as a guarantor of the suitability or solvency of members. Under no circumstances shall Markus be liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunities, or conflicts arising from interactions between users.
Information shared within the directory and during events is strictly confidential. The user agrees not to disclose contact details or privileged information of other members outside the platform without explicit consent. Markus processes personal data in accordance with its privacy policy available at policy.html.
Markus reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified to registered users at least 15 days in advance. Continued use of the service after the modifications take effect constitutes acceptance of them. Breach of any clause may lead to immediate termination of access.
